As per the prayer made, when amount claimed by the complainant under different heads is added, it goes to beyond Rs.1 crore. LTD., Consumer Case No.97 of 2016, decided on 07.10.2016 & M/s OMAXE CHANDIGARH EXTENSION DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED & ORS. Vs. LALITHA SAINI, First Appeal No.1364 of 2017, decided on 21.08.2017, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file it again before the competent Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
