ORDER

Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties raised a very serious objection that this Commission has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain this complaint.

We have perused the prayer made and when we looked into particulars of the unit, interest amount on the payments made and the compensation claimed by the complainant, the total amount would come beyond Rs.1 crore.

Faced with the situation, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, at this stage, with liberty to file it again before the proper Commission.

                   Liberty granted.

Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

On submitting one photocopy of complete original file, Registry will return all the three files, in original, (excluding zimini orders), to the complainant, within a week from today, against proper receipt.

Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge
