In view of order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal Principal Bench, New Delhi in C.P.No.IB-934(PB)/2018 in the case titled as Mr.Paramjit Singh Saini & Ors. Vs. Puma Realtors Private Limited, this complaint is returned to the complainant to file it again, if need be as and when final order is passed by the National Company Law Tribunal or stay granted is vacated.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books be returned to the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
