ORDER

At the time of arguments, a serious objection was raised by Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties that the relief claims including price of the unit, in question, will go beyond Rs.1 Crore.

                   Faced with this situation, Ms. Narender Kaur, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file a-fresh after giving better particulars. To the prayer made, no objection has been raised by the Counsel opposite.

                   Liberty granted.

                   The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Spare copy be retained for the office record and all the three original paper-books (excluding zimini orders) be returned to the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
