Anil Tarachand Dodani filed a consumer case on 06 Mar 2018 against Puma Realtors Pvt. Ltd., in the StateCommission Consumer Court. The case no is CC/622/2017 and the judgment uploaded on 09 Mar 2018.
At the time of arguments, it is stated by Sh.Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Party that Occupation Certificate has been issued by the competent authority on 01.03.2018 and within next six weeks from today, the Opposite Party will offer possession of the unit, in question, to the complainants. It was further said that when giving final statement of accounts, the Opposite Party will adjust an amount @Rs.7.50 per sq. ft. per month w.e.f. 01.08.2014, for the area, of which possession is going to be delivered, till the date possession is delivered. The said amount will be adjusted in the final account statement. It was further agreed that modular kitchen with cupboards above the slab also, as is being provided in the Gardenia & Cassia, shall also be offered to the complainants.
The abovesaid offer is acceptable to complainant No.1, who is present in Court, through his Counsel.
We make it very clear that in case, possession is not so offered within six weeks from today, the amount due towards penalty, as referred to above, shall get interest @9% p.a. till the time of handing over of possession.
With the abovesaid observation, the complaint stands disposed of.
It will be open to the complainant to execute the order, referred to above, in case of failure of the Opposite Party to do the needful.
