Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate appearing as proxy for Sh. Paras Money Goyal, Advocate, Counsel for the complainant and Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of Opposite Party No.1 states that the matter has amicably been settled. It is undertaken that the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement arrived at.

                   In view of this, Counsel for the complainant wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file a-fresh, if the settlement arrived at is not honoured.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
