Sh. Gaurav Bhardwaj, Advocate Counsel for the complainants and  Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties state that the matter has amicably been settled. Copy of Settlement Deed has been placed on record. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Deed.

                   In view of this, Counsel for the complainants wishes to withdraw this complaint, with liberty to file a-fresh, if the settlement arrived at is not honoured.

                   Liberty granted.

                   Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
