Prem Ojha filed a consumer case on 05 Jul 2018 against Puma Realtors Private Limited in the StateCommission Consumer Court. The case no is CC/29/2018 and the judgment uploaded on 16 Jul 2018.
It is stated by Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties that possession has already been delivered to the complainant during pendency of this complaint. The matter has been settled. It is stated by Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties that after making adjustment of amount payable towards delayed compensation and adjusting meter and DTH charges, the Company shall pay an amount of Rs.1,47,800/- to the complainant within one month, failing which, the amount, referred to above, shall entail penal interest of 10% p.a. (simple) till the time of making the payment.
It is further stated by Sh. Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties that Company shall also provide two split air conditioners in the unit, in question, and further upper kitchen cabinets shall also be provided. He undertakes that needful shall be done within two months from today.
Counsel for the complainant has no objection to dispose of the complaint, in terms of above statement made by Sh.Rohit Tanwar, AGM (Legal) of the Opposite Parties.
We make it very clear that in case, the air conditions and the upper kitchen cabinets are not provided in the unit, as undertaken, further penal amount of Rs.30,000/- shall be payable by the Opposite Parties to the complainant. This order passed shall become an executable decree.
In view of above, this complaint stands disposed of.
