This complaint is filed by the complainant U/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act-1986 against the opposite parties for seeking direction to return the tennis bat and to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and suffering and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards delay and delay and deficiency in service and unfair trade practice and a sum of Rs. 25,000/- towards periodic phone calls and sending e-mail cost.
Complainant is present, steps not taken. Complainant filed memo stating that the complainant is withdrawing the complaint. Memo recorded.
In view of the memo filed by the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No Cost.
