Both parties are present and filed a Joint compromise petition wherein it is stated that both the parties to the present dispute have settled their dispute out of court and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further against the Op.

It is ascertained from the submissions of complainant and as per the compromise petition that the complainant has received on amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand)only by cash from the Op to settle the dispute and the complainant has also gone has consent to that effect.
Considering the above settlement between the parties, we are inclined to closed the case.
Hence the case is closed herewith
