Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that due to some technical defect he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical flaw with the appropriate Forum.

In view of the statement suffered by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and permission is granted to complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical flaw with the appropriate Forum.
