                   Ld. cousnel for respondent has produced the self attested copy of the order passed by Supreme Court of India in SLP no.4272/2015, vide which the operation of the impugned order has been stayed alongwith the affidavit of Smt.Hardeep Kaur, Senior Assistant Accounts, Office of Glada regarding the uncertified copy of the order passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India regarding the stay order passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. So, in view of order passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, copy of order which has been produced by respondents alongwith affidavit of Smt.Hardeep Kaur, Asst. Accounts, the present execution application stands adjourned sine die. However, applicant is at liberty to get it revived, after the further orders of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. File be consigned to record room.
