ORDER

The proxy counsel for the opposite party has filed Photostat copy of order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission on 11.8.2006 in Revision/Petition No.2095/2005 j.. in case titled as PUDA Vs. Smt.Gurvinder kaur another, in which operation of the order of Hon’ble State Commission (Punjab) has already been stayed. Incidentally this case 11 was decided by this Forum. Considering the involvements of the question of law and facts substantially the similar of the said case with the present one, it is expedient to adjourn the proceedings of this case sine die till the decision of the. above Revision.
