               The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging medical negligence against the opposite party in treating her Daughter during her second delivery along with the direction to pay  a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- towards the negligent act of the opposite parties and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards mental agony and loss suffered and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards further to be expenses incurred and to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards cost of this proceedings.
No representation for complainant inspite of information given by this Commission and hence sufficient opportunities provided for appearance and to prosecute the complaint.   Hence we are of the view that no purpose will be solved by keeping the complaint on file.  Hence, complaint dismissed for non prosecution.  No costs.
This order has pronounced by us in the open Commission on this 31th May 2022.
