File taken up in Lok Adalat and today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement

Stated that the present case pertains to arrears before 31.12.2021 of domestic consumer. The opposite party has waived off the amount of Rs. 1,46,793/- and has submitted a letter dated 23.9.2022  that the said amount has been refunded to the complainant. The opposite party has waived off the amount in disipute in the present case as per notification bearing Memo No. 248/253/SV dated 3.8.2022 of PSPCL.  In view of above, I do not pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
