Today, the case is fixed for reporting of compromise. Sh.Narinder Singh, A.E. alongwith his counsel suffered a statement that as per compromise it is settled between the parties that the complainant is liable to pay Rs.47,130/- with the OP., within a week  from today, in respect of dispute regarding account No.3001205257 of electricity connection in the name of complainant. Now, till 29.05.2020 there is nothing due regarding the consumption or surcharge  or interest payable by the complainant to the opposite party upto bill dated  29.05.2020. Ld. Counsel for the complainant also suffered statement that he has heard the aforesaid  statement of the Sh.Narinder Singh, A.E., and the same is correct and  therefore, withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant, as per his instruction.

In view of the aforesaid statements of parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the parties  shall  remain bound  by their statements. File be consigned to record room.
