Final Order / Judgement

 

Today Sh. S.S. Anand Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite parties No. 1 to 3. Sh. G.S. Dhariwal Advocate moved an application for impleading the present applicant Sukhdev Singh son of Tara Singh resident of Tarn Taran.

Today, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that after issuance of interim order dated 3.7.2024 by this commission, the opposite party has installed permanent electricity connection and meter in the premises in question and at this stage I have no threat from the opposite party and at this stage, I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint as and when required as per law.”

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
