Today, mater is fixed in National Lok Adalat and the opposite party has made the following statement.

Stated that the present case pertains to arrears before 31.12.2021 of domestic consumer. The opposite party is ready to waive off the amount in dispute in the present case as per notification of PSPCL bearing Memo No. 248/253/SV dated 3.8.2022. Amount, if any, deposited by the complainant during the pendency of the present complaint will be adjusted in the next bills of the complainant. The complaint may be disposed off accordingly.

          The Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that I have heard the above said statement given by the opposite party and I agree with the same and I withdraw the present complaint as per statement given by the opposite party and the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.

          In view of above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. The parties are directed to bound by their own statements. Copies of order will be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
