Complainant Gurmail Singh made a statement that a compromise has been effected between the parties and as per compromise I am ready to cancel the tabadalanama of my land with Nachttar Singh, Bikker Singh, Bachitter Singh and Hardev Singh within 20 days from today and put the record to the department. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

On the other hand Sh. Sukhpal Singh AAE Sub Division Sehna, PSPCL Sehna made a statement that I have heard the above said statement of the complainant and as per his statement after receiving the jamabandi in the name of the complainant, the department will issue the AP connection within 20 days from the receipt of required documents from the complainant and connection will be issued to the original consumer at the original site and no shifting site is involved. The complainant must be owner of at least one acre of land in same and one place where connection will be issued. His statement also recorded and taken up on the file.

The complainant Sh. Gurmail Singh also made another statement that as the compromise has been effected between the parties Gurmel Singh Vs PSPCL CC 234/2021

and as per compromise I withdraw the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statements of the parties, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties are bound by their undertakings made today before this National Lok Adalat. No order as to costs or compensation. The case is disposed of in the National Lok Adalat held today in this Commission. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
