Ld. Counsel for respondents has placed on record copy of order of the Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab dated 20.11.2019 and stated that the respondents have filed First Appeal No. A/742/2019 before the Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab which is pending for 12.2.2020. He has also filed reply to execution application in which the respondents have submitted that the respondents have already deposited the amount in this Forum and as the matter is pending before the Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab the present execution application may kindly be disposed of till the decision of the appeal. Further, as per order dated 19.11.2019 the amount of Rs. 2,41,514/- has been deposited with this Forum.  So, in view of the facts and circumstances, the present execution application is disposed of. However, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh execution application after the outcome of the appeal, if desires so. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
