File has been taken up today on the application filed by Counsel for the Complainant for seeking permission to withdraw the present complaint.

Today, Statement of Sh.Baldev Krishan Dua, Complainant along with his Counsel Sh.Chandandeep Singh, Advocate recorded that in view of Memo No.1455 dated 23.11.2022 issued by OP No.2, the complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint.
