Present:                   Sh. Jaswant Singh representative of complainant.

                               We have perused the complaint. It is not properly constituted. The complaint has been filed against Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd., Mansa,who cannot be impleaded as a party individually. The complaint can be instituted against the Punjab State Power Coporation Ltd., Mansa either through its Secretary or Chairman. Since the complaint is not properly instituted,therefore, the same canot be taken cognizance, the complaint therefore ordered to be consigned to record. Relevant documents may be returned to the complainant. The complainant shall be at liberty to institute a fresh complaint complaint against appropriate parties.
