Sh.Amritpal Singh, AAE, East Sub Division, PSPCL, Amritsar has brought today in the Forum a cheque bearing No.171488 dated 21.11.2016 for Rs.1,42,584/- in the name of M/s.Suraj Bansi Printers in compliance of the order dt.27.9.2016 of this Forum. Sh.Surinder Kumar Rawlley, partner of M/s.Suraj Bansi Printer, D.H.suffered statement that he has received today in the Forum a cheque bearing No.171488 dated 21.11.2016 for Rs.1,42,584/- in the name of M/s.Suraj Bansi Printers in compliance of the order dt.27.9.2016 of this Hon’ble Forum without prejudice to his right qua interest and other amount recoverable from the J.D.. For the time being, he withdraws the present execution application on the receipt of the aforesaid cheque and reserve his right to claim interest and other recoverable amount to be recovered from the J.D.by way of adopting separate legal recourse. Consequently, instant execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
