Sh.Rajesh Kumar, JE, Gopal Nagar Sub Division, PSPCL, Amritsar appeared alongwith Sh.Anil Sharma, Adv.and got recorded his statement that complainant Kamaljit Singh moved an application to the opposite party that he has no objection if poles fixed for shifting of transformer be removed and again affixed 3 feet towards his plot. The complainant has also agreed to pay new estimate fee as per rules of PSPCL. Copy of the application moved by the complainant is ex.OP7.The opposite party shall complete the work within one month from today. In view of the above statement, Sh.Kamaljit Singh, complainant got recorded his statement that he agreed with the statement of Sh. Rajesh Kumar, JE, Gopal Nagar Sub Division, PSPCL, Amritsar. As such, he withdrew the present complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint if the opposite party failed to comply with the statement made today in the Forum. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint if the opposite party failed to comply with the statement made today in the Forum. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
