          Sh.Pardeep Arora, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement withdrawing the present complaint due to certain technical defects  with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the Forum/court/competent authority having jurisdiction  after removing the technical defect.  Resultantly, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is permitted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the Forum/court/competent authority having jurisdiction  after removing the technical defects.
