Sh. Rajiv Kumar AEE PSPCL Sub Division Majitha-2 alongwith Sh. N.S. Sandhu Advocate counsel for opposite party.

Sh. Rajiv Kumar AEE PSPCL Sub Division Majitha-2 alongwith Sh. N.S. Sandhu Advocate counsel for opposite party has suffered the statement that I stated on behalf of the PSPCL Sub Division Majitha-2 that the opposite party will release the connection to the Bikramjit Singh complainant against the amount deposited of Rs. 77,723/- vide receipt No. 435/3349 dated 24.7.2013 as per rules and regulations of the PSPCL, If the complainant submit the paper/proof of ownership and possession record with the opposite party. He further stated that presently the tubewell connection is not given to the complainant due to non submission of paper/proof of ownership and possession record with the opposite party.

On the other hand, Sh. Dalip Singh son of Sh. Banta Singh resident of Village Bhangali Kalan Tehsil and District Amritsar Special power of attorney of Bikramjit Singh son of Dalip Singh complainant alongwith Sh. Gursher Singh counsel for complainant has also suffered the statement that I have been authorized by Sh. Bikramjit Singh to make the statement in the present complaint. I have heard the statement made by Sh. Rajiv Kumar AEE Sub Division Majitha-2 and the same is correct. He further stated that I will submit the paper/proof of ownership and possession with the opposite party. He further stated that presently I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant.

In view of the statement of Sh. Dalip Singh Special Power of Attorney of Sh. Bikramjit Singh complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The opposite party is directed to release the above said tubewell connection to the complainant on submitting the paper/proof of ownership and possession record by the complainant with the opposite party. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs by the District Consumer Commission, Amritsar as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
