Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums consumer case(CC) CC/06/205 Of 2006 Tarsem singh Complainant Versus PSEB Respondent For Complainant Sh.Varinder Sharma Advocate. For Respondent Sh.D.S.Bhandal Advocate The complainant has filed the complaint against opposite parties for restraining them from shifting electricity connection bearing Account No.PT5 872 installed in his property bearing Khasra number as detailed in the complaint. The opposite parties appeared and contested the case of the complainant. The parties led evidence upto their satisfaction and after conclusion of the evidence we have heard the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and in the ultimate analysis of our discussion on merits we are of the considered opinion that the present complaint merits dismisszal being not miantainable.File be consigned to record room.
