ORDER

Present complaint filed by the complainant against PSEB and others opposite parties for seeking direction to regularize his tube well electric connection and also to pay the compensation on account of deficiency in service and resultant mental agony and harassment. Opposite parties contested the claim of the complainant by filing written statement. Both the parties led evidence at length and we have heard arguments of counsel for the parties and accept the complaint with the direction to the opposite parties to refund the amount of Rs.1000/- with interest @ 12% p.a. from 14.3.2006 till realisation within a period of one month from the receipt of copy of this order besides Rs.500/- as costs of litigation failing which it be recovered in accordance with law . As an abundent caution refund of the amount would not tantamount to cancellation of his seniority for regularize of electric connection. File be consigned to record room.
