Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums consumer case(CC) CC/07/152 Of 2007 Jaspal Kaur Complainant Versus PSEB Respondent For Complainant Kanwaljit Ahluwalia,Advocate. For Respondent D.S. Bhandal In this complaint the opposite party has assured the complainant that his grievances will be redressed. The counsel for the complainant made statement that he does not want to persue hiscomplaintin view of the assurance given by the opposite parties he be allowed to withdraw the complaint with permission to file the same on the same cause of action. In this case only 12 hearings were made on different dates and on the final date, it was ordered that in view of the statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the complainant was allowed to withdraw the complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action.
