ORDER

In addition to the abovem certain other documents produced by the opposite party vide Ex.R1 to R3 relating to other case of Resham Singh A/c No.17/526 to establish the alleged charge of theft of electricity against the complainant are seems to have been placed on the file of the this case inadvertently. In the ultimate analysis of aforesaid discussion we accept the complaint and quash memo No.1089 dated 16/9/2009 for demand of Rs.18,823/- with further direction to the opposite parties to pay monetary compensation of Rs.2000/- on account of deficiency in service causing mental agony and harassment to the complainant and Rs.1000/- as ltigation expenses within one month from the receipt of copy of this order. Let certified copies of judgment rendered be supplied/despatched to the parties without any unecessary delay and thereaftr file be consigned to record room.
