ORDER

Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums consumer case(CC) CC/07/158 Of 2007 Gurbhej Singh Complainant Versus PSEB Respondent For Complainant Sh.R.K.Anand For Respondent In this case the opposite parties PSEB. given an assurance to the complainant that claim of the complainant will be settled by them within two weeks. In view of the assurance of the opposite parties the complainant made statement that he does not want to proceed with the case and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant sought permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the event of his claim being not settled by the PSEB. In view of the statement of the complainant the complaint was dismissed as withdrawn and permission was graned to the complainant to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action if so desire.
