ORDER

Sh. Uttam Bansal, SDO, PSEB, Mansa states that the officers of the Board are unable to waive of any amount in the Lok Adalat as per rules on the subject. As such, he is not in a position to make any statement on behalf of the OPs. At this stage Sh. Gurlabh Singh, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the complaint on his behalf and is willing to make the payment of the amount demanded in the impugned notice served upon him by the OPs. On the basis of average reading of electric meter for thelast one year before the date of filing of the complaint. He has also sought permission to revive the complaint, if needful is not done by the OPs. In view of the statement of Gurlabh Singh, ADvocate made on behalf of the complainant, complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to him to get the complaint revived, if OPs did not agree for the offer made by him in the Mega Lok ADalat.
