On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that complainant was not appearing since 2019. Infact Court Notice waso also issued vide order dated 05.01.2022 thereafter complainant appeared on 26.07.2022 and stated that one of the parters was already expired and he was directed to bring LR on record thereafter he stopped appearing. It seems that Complainant is not interested in contesting the matter. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non- appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation, File be consigned to record room.
