Office of this Commission has supplied a copy of the order of Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C. in FA/999/2014 arising out of C.C. case No.CC/51/2014 for which this E.A. case No.114/2014 has arisen, dated 02/01/2018 wherein Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C. has been pleased to set aside the impugned order of CC/51/2014.

Under this condition, this E.A. case has no relevance and hence, it is dropped.
