Today the case is fixed for filing w/s by Op. The complainant is present today and files a memo stating that, he want to withdraw the case as the matter in the complaint petition has already been settled between the parties outside the Forum.

Heard from the complainant is stated that, he is ready to compromise the case and do not want to proceed with the case further. Let the case is dismissed and allowing the memo of withdrawal as filed by the complainant.

Accordingly the case is dismissed as withdrawn.
