Both of them filed a compromised petition dated 03.03.2020 wherein it is stated that both parties have amicably settled their disputes out of court and the complainant does not want to proceed further against the O.P.

It is ascertained that both the parties to the present dispute have settled their disputes amicably out of court and the complainant does not want to proceed further against the O.P. Hence considering the above compromise petition and submissions of the parties, we are inclined the close the case. Accordingly, the case is closed henceforth.
