The date is fixed to today for filing wanting fee of Rs. 300/- as per valuation of the complainant under C.P. Rule. The complainant yet not filed the wanting fee in favour of I.P.O. or banking Draft. On repeated call complainant is absent and takes no step to file wanting fee of Rs. 300/-, hence we dismissed the complaint for non-compliance of C.P. Rule (Non- filing or wanting fee). Accordingly, the case is disposed of.
