Complainant record the required cheque no 028577 dt 17/07/15 of axis bank Golmuri Branch seems of Rs. 10000/ and also also received the Furniture by op from the complainant and the receiving from the same is on record . Hence this case is dismissed on settlement between the parties as with draw . on full satisfaction of both the parties on the basis of joint compromise petition dt 17/07/15 .
