Complainant called out but absent case called out at 11-10AM and againt 11-45 AM , complainant absent though sufficient time is granted he did not turned up and he has not filed the affidavit/evidence for supporting his counsel hence we come to the conclusion they have not interested to proceed the case hence the complaint filed by the complainant is here by dismissed for non -prosecution .
