The case is posted today for order. The Advocate  for the complainant filed a settlement copy  between the complainant and O.Ps on dated 12.11.2024, where the complainant declared that his claim and complain . He settle and he no more interested to proceed on with the case. Hence, the commission asked the complainant regarding the settlement paper and his intention with the case where he expressed his opinion that as his complainant and claim against O.Ps are settled so, is not interested to proceed with the case.

   On the basing on the available record and observation of circumstances of settlement we are in a considered view that the claim of the complainant is as settled amicably with written report. The case is dropped and disposed of accordingly.
