Both sides present and filed a compromise petition stating that, matter is settled between the parties. As per the said compromise petition, the complainant has to hand over the cancelled registration certificate of the vehicle FIAT SIENA Car bearing Reg. No. KL-05 J 2878 to the opposite party in-turn shall issue a cheque of Rs.92,000/- in the name of Tom K. Joseph, the registered owner of the said vehicle and the cheque shall be issued within 2 weeks from 18/03/2014. Hence, the petition disposed as settled.
