Case is put up today.This is an application filed by the Counsel of the J.D. to recall the Warrant of Arrest issued by this Court/Forum and be allowed to represent the J.D.
The Counsel stated that the J.D. would not be able to appear before this Court/Forum due to fever and ready to pay the Compensated amount Rs.17,500/-(Seventeen thousand and five hundred).
The Ld. Counsel deposited the above mentioned amount and the same is handed over to the Decree Holder. The D.H. also accepted the amount before this Court/Forum.
So, the Warrant of Arrest issued by this Court/Forum dated 19/08/2019 has been cancelled today. The order dated 14/12/2018 by this Court/Forum is announced in the open Court and this Execution Case is disposed of today.
Send a copy of this order to the concerned S.P.Bishnupur Police Station and O.C. Moirang Police Station for information.
