J.dr is present and files a prayer for finally disposing the Execution Case No. 03/2018 and also deposits a cheque being No. 005159 dated 7.12.2018 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank in the name of Sk. Badrul Islam for a sum of Rs. 11289/-IFSC KKBK. 0000172 subsequently D.hr  files a petition praying for withdrawal of the cheque and disposal of both the execution case Nos. 07/2017 and 03/2018 on received of the cheque being the decretal amount which is arising out of the C.Case No. 77 of 2016.

 Both the Execution Cases being No. 07/2017 and 03/2018 be disposed of as the total decretal amount by way of cheque is received by Sk. Badrul Islam who has been identified by the OP/J.dr.

 In support of identification of D.hr/Complainant Sk.Badrul Islam, submitted photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and Voter Identity Card.

 D.hr/Complainant as handed over the Mobile set to the J.dr on proper receipt.

In the circumstances both the Execution Case Nos. 07/2017 and 03/2018 arising out of Consumer Case No.77/2016 is disposed of on full and final satisfaction.
