            That the complainant filed this complaint for getting replacement of the Tata 315 V backhoe loader or to refund the entire amount of the above vehicle.  Opposite party filed preliminary objection raising the issue of pecuniary jurisdiction of the Forum.  Heard both sides.  Upon hearing of both sides  it is found that the value of the subject matter i.e, the backhoe loader involved in this case is  `21, 82,600/- (twenty one lakh eighty two thousand six hundred only) which is beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction.  Hence this Forum has no pecuniary jurisdiction to try the complaint.

            Hence the complaint is returned to the complaint for filing it before proper Forum.
