Ld. Advocate for the complainant appears before this Commission by filing hazira and submitting before this Commission submitting inter alia that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case furthermore because since long he personally absent in the court rather on several occasions the matter was fixed before the Lok Adalat, but the complainant did not appear there so considering the conduct of the complainant as he is beyond the control of the conducting Advocate and did not come before this Commission personally since long the case is liable to be dismissed.

            Hence,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 79/2021 be and the same is dismissed for default.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
