Complainant is present and files a petition praying for dismissal of the instant case on the ground that the case has been compromised in between the complainant and the OPs, out of the Court. 

The complainant has stated in his petition that he has got the refund amount of the mobile in question from the OP for which the complainant has decided not to proceed with the instant case.

Hence, it is Ordered
