Complainant, Biswajit Ghosh is absent without step.  OP No. 2 files hajira through Ld. Lawyer.  Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant in terms of order No. 10, dtd. 18.09.17.  No show-cause is filed by the complainant.  Complainant is found absent on repeated calls.  Ld. Lawyer for OP No. 2 prays for dismissal of this case in view of order dtd. 18.09.17 for not filing show-case by the complainant and for not taking step. 

        In the above circumstances, the case is liable to be dismissed for default.

                                Hence, it is ordered that the case stands dismissed for default but without cost. 

                                Let plain copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost forthwith.
