Complainant present. Opposite party present. Complainant submitted that he is not willing to accept the set, since it has defective further. Opposite party submitted that the complainant has not purchased the set from them. But the complainant submitted that the set was purchased from the opposite party. The opposite party is willing to give the price of the set. Considering the facts of this, we are of the view that the opposite party shall return the price of Rs.1300/- (Rupees one thousand three hundred only) to the complainant. Hence complaint is closed.
