                     The  case is posted today for taking steps against O.P.no.3 by the complainant as last chance. Complainant himself is present and filed a withdrawal petition to withdraw the case . Advocate for O.P.no.1 filed hazira today . O.P.no.3 is present today. Complainant stated therein that the dispute have been settled between both the parties  in out of court . Heard on the petition . The prayer of the petitioner is allowed . Hence, the case is dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of withdrawal petition filed by the complainant.
