On perusal of the order sheet, it transpires that on dtd.22.07.19 NBW was issued against  both the JDR  as  inspite of acceptance of notice,  both the JDR did not turn up to attend the Forum. However, when the matter is posted to today, both  DHR and JDR appeared with their Learned Counsel presented a petition duly signed by both the parties to drop the proceeding as they have amicably settled the matter outside the Forum. A Memo has also been filed submitted by Learned Counsel for DHR disclosing therein that cash of Rs.10,000/- was paid to the JDR which is the basis of amicable settlement between the parties. Hence, there is no room for doubt that the case has been amicably settled between the parties and there is no justification to further continue this case.  Accordingly, the E.A.Case is dropped. Recall the NBW from the concerned Police Station.
